Thinking of you today too. It must be a hard day. Be sure of my solidarity.

I caught the 76 tour and really enjoyed the musicianship you, Dennis, and George provided. Stacey was good to but you three formed a powerful group within the group if you know what I mean. I was able to get close to the stage and cop some of your chords, (many of which I still use to this day). While I know you have co-written some tunes with Bowie I frankly believe you should have gotten more credits. I mean how does a song like Golden Years really come together liked it did without somebody like yourself with great chordal knowledge and funkiness ? Nice site.

Thanks Steve… you’re right about Dennis, George and I. It was truly a powerful trio and we locked our grooves perfectly at our studio sessions…I really miss George. I’m still working with Dennis though… In fact I did a cool jazz gig with him as well as working with Brandon Flowers from the Killers.
Credit is another thing all together…sometimes you get to a session and the music says play some in the key of E then go to G…It just so happens that I can fill any musical bar with some cool shit… The fact that I get credit for playing on the album is enough. On the songs that
David did not originate I got credit….it’s all good and we all benefit from the session…stay happy

      Hello Michael,
No my outfits were created by my cousin, the late Jaime Blaimayer.
